Custom print OR choose from a wonderful selection of prints already available.

Lead times for custom orders varies by quantity.  Generally 1-2 week lead time.  

To have your custom print completed, select the "choose file" button and upload ONE jpeg file of your choice.  Maximum image size should be approximately 1.5 MB.  We will reach out to you to confirm your order and all the details.  Please provide a phone number that we can reach you at when placing the order.  If you do not provide a phone number, your order could be delayed.  Email communication only is not ideal for custom orders, but if this is your preferred method of communication PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for our emails.  We DO NOT offer free shipping, we will discuss your shipping quote with you when your order is placed.  We use Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, Fedex, ect.  Our default is Canada Post, as they offer some of the best rates available.  If you have a preference (ex. courier, or rushed order) we can provide quotes for your preference.  Shipping rates example: (Ex.  For one mug to ship to London Ontario, shipping with Canada Post regular parcel tracked signature required would be approximately $16.) If you wish to pick your order up in the store, just put a comment in the "custom order message" for instore pickup and we will mark your order as ready for pick up when it is available.  Please keep in mind that not all pre selected prints will be available immediately, especially if ordering larger quantities.  If you wish to determine any information ahead of time, please email sales@kwtelescope.com or call the store 1 877 345 5757.  (We don't bite, we promise!)
