What is an open box deal?

Simply put, we have many demonstration products that we offer here at KW Telescope as part of our typical product learning/teaching/testing of day to day operations.  When we no longer need the demo, we can pass on the savings to you by offering them at a substantial discount.

What should I know when purchasing an open box deal?

Most of our open box deals will be passed the manufacturers warranty period.  Therefore, they will NOT include a warranty of any kind.  All sales are final, and there is no return, exchange or refunds.  We do test all items listed very thoroughly, and we will only list items with full disclosure.  If there are any detected issues when testing the item, we will list them within the ad.  Therefore, you will have full transparency when purchasing from us.   

Most of the listings you will see posted here are going to be in almost new condition, unless specified otherwise.  

NO HOLDS under any circumstances will be offered.  Requests to do so will not be granted, and all prices are firm.  No trades, and no special requests.  Shipping will be calculated based on your location, and item dimensions when packed.
